Tennessee has more than 26,000 inmates in state and local facilities across the state. These inmates have parents, partners, children, friends, community members, and loved ones who care about them deeply and want to visit them.
This is who Family Reconciliation serves.
If you are visiting an incarcerated family member, friend, or client for visitation, a parole or sentencing hearing, trial, or are traveling to Nashville other for visitation-related matters, you are eligible for our services.
Anyone visiting an incarcerated loved one can stay at Family Reconciliation for free for up to two weeks (14 days, 13 nights). Before your visit, our house managers will need to speak to you over the phone to complete an intake for you and any guests in your party.
Family Reconciliation is the only hospitality house in Tennessee serving inmates' loved ones. As a result, we are often booked several weeks in advance and very busy during the holidays.
If you'd like to request a reservation, complete our online Booking Request Form or call* our house managers at the number listed on our Contact page. And before you book, be sure to check our Frequently Asked Questions page for more information.
*Our house managers are live-in volunteers who manage the guest house during their spare time. As a result, they are not always able to answer the phone. If you call and no one answers, please leave a voicemail and someone will contact you within 24 hours.
